Definition

1. Promotion commission

1. Definition and settlement of promotional commission:

Our rights and obligations

1. We guarantee that we and our affiliated companies are legal operators of BuyAnySee;

2. We guarantee the authenticity and reliability of the promotional data we provide you;

3. We guarantee to confirm, settle and pay bonus fees on time in accordance with the provisions of this agreement;

4. We guarantee to ensure the confidentiality of the relevant personal information you provide unless there is force majeure;

5. We have the right to adjust, change or terminate promotional alliance activities based on business needs and notify you in a timely manner;

6. We have the right to review and supervise your promotion activities to ensure the legality and standardization of promotion activities. Your rights and obligations

5) Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, public image or privacy of any third party (including our affiliated companies);

7) Other content that violates laws, regulations, international treaties or public order and good customs.

11. You should ensure that the goods provided through promotional links through promotional media are clearly distinguished from any goods and/or services provided by any third party that are identical or substantially similar to the goods, so as not to cause confusion and mislead users, and shall not be used in any way. In any way affect or interfere with the normal business operations of the BuyAnySee platform;

12. Without our prior written permission, you are not allowed to cooperate with sub-promoters in the name of the BuyAnySee platform by charging fees or issuing certain cash, vouchers, points, etc. during the cooperation period. Intellectual property rights

1. 2. Force majeure and exemption clauses

1. We will not be responsible for any of the following behaviors on your part (including but not limited to):

2) We will not be responsible for any expenses, losses or liabilities you incur due to promotional activities, including but not limited to advertising expenses, compensation expenses or legal litigation expenses;

4) Any transaction or partnership disputes you have with a third party during the promotion process shall be resolved by you yourself, and we are not responsible for this;

Liability for breach of contract

1. 2. If you violate the provisions of this Agreement not due to force majeure, you shall make corrections within 3 working days after receiving our written or email notification. Propose to terminate the cooperative relationship, suspend/prohibit the normal use of its promotion functions, deduct settled promotion commissions, and freeze pending settlement promotion bonuses. and has the right to recover all bonus fees paid from you, and you must compensate all losses caused to us and its affiliates.

3. If both parties are at fault, each party shall bear its respective liability for breach of contract based on the actual degree of fault. However, in any event, our cumulative total liability under this contract shall not exceed the total bonus fees payable and paid to you by us.

4. You promise the authenticity of any information submitted to us, including but not limited to their registration information (including identity information), bank account information, contact information, etc. Otherwise, we have the right to immediately suspend or terminate their account and not Pay the bonus fees and terminate cooperation with you, and have the right to recover all bonus fees paid. 5. You hereby promise that you or your sub-promoters will abide by the principle of good faith management. 6. If your behavior causes us and/or its affiliated companies and other non-breaching parties to suffer claims from a third party, we and/or its affiliates and other non-breaching parties may claim compensation after assuming obligations such as monetary payment to the third party. All losses will be fully recovered from you.

Anti-cheating regulations

1. During the cooperation process, we have the right to monitor your promotion methods. You are not allowed to use equipment, programs, and other illegal or improper means to improve the performance of various data indicators reflected in our monitoring. Whether you have cheated will be determined by us or the BuyAnySee platform’s anti-cheating department through technical means.

2. Your cheating behavior during the promotion process of relevant channels includes but is not limited to the following situations:

1) Traffic fraud: including but not limited to traffic hijacking, traffic anomalies, highly similar user behaviors in multiple transactions, etc. Traffic fraud is determined based on the anti-fraud identification results of the BuyAnySee platform. For the sake of clarity, due to the existence of objective factual factors such as traffic cheating and transactions not having a one-to-one correspondence, if there is any of the following traffic cheating behaviors, all the corresponding revenue for the month will not be settled, and the revenue corresponding to traffic cheating will not be distinguished.

Supplementary Provisions

2.
